We will identify which CIPC annual returns are outstanding for your company and give you feedback as well as the cost to resolve.
We will then submit all the outstanding returns once you have approved the quote and made payment.

We will register your company for VAT (Value Added Tax) with SARS via SARS eFilling
- A registered company.
- A SARS eFilling profile with a tax representative that has been appointed for the company. If no profile exist or if the tax representative has not been appointed, we will then appoint one for you at cost of R250.
- A valid bank account in the name of the company.
- At best, 4 hours if you have your own SARS eFilling profile and a tax representatve has been appointed.
- At worst, 10 working days as SARS needs to 1st verify certain documents before we can gain accees to your SARS eFilling profile
COIDA Registration R2100
We will register your company with COIDA and issue you with a Letter of Good Standing.
Our fee includes the fee to obtain the Letter of Good Standing. We will then pull your letter of good standing and send it to you

- 72 Hours to get the Letter of Good Standing. Registration takes 4 hours.
Import & Export License R2100
We will register your company as an Importer & Exporter with SARS and issue you with the applicable licenses.

- A SARS eFilling profile with a tax representative that has been appointed for the company. If no profile exist or if the tax representative has not been appointed, we will then appoint one for you at cost of R250
- A valid bank account in the name of the company

Income Tax Exemption (PBO) R2800
We will register your company as an Importer & Exporter with SARS and issue you with the applicable licenses.

NHBRC Registration + Exam R5000
We will register your company with the NHBRC.
Our fee includes an amount which is for the application fee and manual fee that we will pay the NHBRC on your behalf.
